Walls + Forms ä offers an assortment of special aluminum profiles that are designed to address unique display and fixtures requirements.

Each profile has been manufactured to provide strength, durability while maintaining a clean, contemporary appearance.

These profiles can be used with a variety of panel types; including mdf, particleboard, plywood rigid plastic foam, acrylic and more.

Edge Cap
1”x1” edge channel is designed to accept ¾” thick substrates. Profile is engineered to be used with CornerFormsä “fastening” systems or alone as a channel molding.
Profiles features “taper legs”, “reinforced back and predrilled /counter sunk holes, each contributes to the professional appearance, structural strength and ease of installation. Counter sunk holes are pre- drilled on 12” on center.

Kerf Cap
Kerf cap designed for ¾” thick wood or plastic panels by the use of a 1/8” saw “kerf cut on front & back of panels. Similar to edge cap profile, Kerf Cap can be used with CornerForms system or as a channel molding.
Profiles features “taper legs”, “thick back and predrilled /counter suck holes, these features contributes to the professional appearance, structural strength and ease of installation. Note holes are drilled on 12” on center.

Double V-Wall Z-Wall

Applications
 
'Fin' Kerf Cap
Profile designed to integrate wood, plastic, honeycomb or any ¾” thick substrate into a variety of aluminum exhibit “Hub systems. Profile attaches to 3/4" substrates similar to “kerf Cap”. Fin Kerf Cap features an extended double ridge or “fin” that extends the length of profile that nest into Hub system’s vertical openings.

Bull Nose
This profile is designed primarily to provide a decorative edge treatment for ¾” thick panels. While enhancing the appearance, Bull nose can dramatically reduce wear & tear to a panel edge. Ideal for shelving, wall panels, counter top trim and more.

Corner Post
90-degree corner post is an excellent solution in constructing freestanding displays where slotted metal wall standard are required. The profile features two “formed” channels in which a metal standard can be nested & mechanically fastens with “sheet metal screws.
Applications can vary from fitting rooms; office partitions to merchandising walls and trade show booths.

Three Way Post
Three way post or “T” profile along with Corner post is designed construct freestanding displays where slotted metal wall standard are required.
