How Do CornerForms™ Work? |
Corner Forms™ are easy to install, easy to assemble / disassemble and reconfigure.
The patented two part fastening system that can be used to construct perimeter walls, privacy rooms, fitting room, floor fixtures, temporary fixtures, modular counters, trade show booths and hundreds of other construction applications.

Corner Forms™ come standard in 96” lengths; Angles are based on inside degrees of measure. (See diagrams)

Profile Unit consists of main form (one, two, three & four panel connection) and an appropriate number of standard ¾” , ½“ and ¼” edge caps made of plastic and/or aluminum.
For other substrates, such as plastic and wire, edge cap can be substituted for kerf caps (plastic substrates), grid adapters (wire grid panels) fin kerf caps (hub System applications) and more. For additional panel rigidity, especially for slatwall panels’ use, aluminum edge caps are recommended. Reference edge cap information for the appropriate ‘edge channel' for your application.

Push downward into “mouth” while your assistant simultaneously strikes the back of the CornerForms™ at the point of the panel B contact. Continue upward as the form snaps over the panel.
NOTE: This procedure is to be used with radius CornerForms™ angles, such as 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, and 135 degrees. |

 |
Place the form on the free panel B first.
Once the form is attached, tilt the panel back so the bottom edge is 6” off the floor. The assistant should guide CornerFormsTM “mouth” over stationary panel’s “A” edge cap. Firmly push or strike the opposite side (at point which form engages with panel) and continue upwards as panels fasten’s together. |
|
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Firmly grip “free panel” #B
- Lift upward and walk panel in the direction to increase (open) the angle of the “free panel”.
- The panel will disengage from the “mouth” of the form.

|
NOTE: As panel rotates, edgecap may catch main form’s interior ridge. If this situation occurs DO NOT continue because staples may be pulled from panel. To rectify, insert a standard screwdriver at problem point and run the length of the form. |
