STEP 2: ASSEMBLE OUTSIDE WALL

Attach the 180 Degree CornerForm to panel ‘8'. Start at the bottom and strike profile with hand onto edge of panel working upwards tilt panel ‘7' and insert bottom corner onto 180 Degree CornerForm. Rotate panel keeping pressure on the edge in order fro panel to snap into profile. (Refer to ‘How Do CornerForms Work - FAQ)
 STEP 3: ASSEMBLE FRONT CORNER PANEL

Snap Sharp 90 Degree CornerForm onto panel ‘7'. Tilt panel ‘6' and insert edge of panel ‘7' while applying constant pressure along profile edge. (Refer to ‘How Do CornerForms Work - FAQ) NOTE: Ensure that the orientation of the Sharp 90 Degree CornerForm is correct prior to assembly. (Refer back to Step 1 for more details)
 STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE DOOR PANEL

Apply 180 Degree CornerForm to panel ‘6'. Start at the bottom and strike profile with hand onto edge of panel working upwards. Tilt panel ‘5' and insert bottom corner onto 180 Degree CornerForm. Rotate panel keeping pressure on edge in order for panel to ‘snap' into profile. (Refer to ‘How Do CornerForms Work - FAQ) NOTE: Aluminum Door Molding (43813), Door Threshold (GA-DRTH) and Hinged Door should be attached to panel ‘5' prior to installation.
 STEP 5: ASSEMBLE BACK WALL PANELS

Apply 180 Degree CornerForm to panel ‘1'. Start at the bottom and strike profile with hand onto edge of panel working upwards. Tilt panel ‘2' and insert bottom corner onto 180 Degree CornerForm. Rotate panel keeping pressure on edge in order for panel to ‘snap' into profile. (Refer to ‘How Do CornerForms Work - FAQ)
 STEP 6: ASSEMBLE ADJOINING WALL PANELS

Apply 180 Degree CornerForm to panel ‘3'. Start at the bottom and strike profile with hand onto edge of panel working upwards. Tilt panel ‘4' and insert bottom corner onto 180 Degree CornerForms. Rotate panel keeping pressure on edge in order for panel to ‘snap into profile. (Refer to ‘How Do CornerForms Work - FAQ) Next, attach (2) Sharp 90 Degree CornerForms to panels '3' and ‘4'. NOTE: Ensure that the orientation of the Sharp 90 Degree CornerForm is correct prior to assembly. (Refer back to Step 1 for more details) Lastly, ‘snap' panels ‘3' and ‘4' onto panels ‘5' and ‘2', as shown above. It is important that this is done at the same time.
 STEP 7: INSPECT PANEL CONNETIONS

When all panels have been assembled. walk around the entire room and make sure all panels are well connected. |
