1/4" Panel Fastening CornerForms

Fastening profiles for: 1/4" Thick Substrates MDF, Foam Board, Honeycomb & Other Substrates.

Corner Forms is the patented two part fastening system that can be used to construct exhibits, graphic back drops, floor displays, and hundred of other construction applications.

Corner Forms - standard - 96" length; angles are based on inside degrees of measure. See diagrams.

Profile Unit consists of main form (one, two, three, & four panel connectors) and appropriate number of edge caps (plastic only).

 

CornerForms 60 degrees

CornerForms 60 degrees

Connects two panels at a 60 degree "inside" angle.

Application:  In addition to "Pop outs", 60 degree can use to construct a three-sided equilateral triangle. See illustration for example.

CornerForms 90 degrees

CornerForms 90 degrees

Connects two panels at a 90 degree right angle. The connector and its associated edge cap component naturally reinforce the panel. On site assembly is extremely simple.

Application:  Multitude panel applications, i.e. column surrounds, partitions & more.

Integral part of the ConrnerForms system. Profile designed to be stapled onto 1/4" edge of panel and Corner Forms profiles are "snap onto edge profile. See illustration for example.
