3/4" CubeConnects

Fastening profiles to assemble 3/4" panels into cubes of various shapes.

CubeConnects are designed to assemble 3/4" thick panels into various shapes, such as squares, rectangles, equal sided triangles, right angle triangles, octagons and combinations of these. See diagrams.

Standard 72" lengths; angles are based on inside degrees of measure.

The panel assembly is accomplished by running a 1/8" saw cut or kerf on the panel's vertical edge. This kerf is cut about 7/8"on center from the vertical edge and usually on the rear of the panel.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE KERFING AND CUTTING PROCESSES ARE DONE ONLY AFTER the CubeConnects for the project have been received and have been precisely measured to assure an accurate fit.

CubeConnect 90 degrees (Radius)

CubeConnect 90 degrees (Radius)

Connects two 3/4" thick panels at a 90 degree right angle. Application: Use profile to construct counter top, floor displays and other displays. Use 90-degree profile (3261) along with 45 degree (3281) to construct 90-degree triangle. See illustration for example.

CubeConnect 90 degrees (Sharp)

CubeConnect 90 degrees (Sharp)

Connects two 3/4" thick panels at a 90 degree right angle. Non- radius. Application: Use profile to construct cubes, rectangles and 90 degree sided triangle. Note 90 degree (3575) is a perfect tool to construct "counter kick bases". See illustration for example.

CubeConnect 45 degrees

CubeConnect 45 degrees

Connects two 3/4" thick panels at a 45 degree inside angle. Application: Use profile to construct counter top, floor displays and other displays. Profile can be used with 90 degree (3261) to construct 90/45 triangle. See illustration for example.

CubeConnect 60 degrees

CubeConnect 60 degrees

Connects two 3/4" thick panels at a 60 degree inside angle. Application: Use profile to construct counter top, floor displays and other displays. Use 60-degree profiles (3282) construct equilateral triangle.

CubeConnect 135 degrees

CubeConnect 135 degrees

Connects two 3/4" thick panels at a 135 degree inside angle. Application: Use profile to construct counter top, floor displays and other displays. Use 135-degree profile to construct octagons and along with companion profile 90 degree (3261) to create perimeter ‘pop out" displays.
